Erin L. Roberts practices residential real estate law in North Carolina and Alabama. Erin reviews contracts, conducts title review and drafting, and oversees residential closings for buyers, sellers, lenders and/or loan servicers for purchase, refinance and REO.
Raised in Alabama, Erin earned a B.S. degree in Biology and a B.A. degree in Spanish from the University of Alabama in 2009. She graduated from the Charlotte School of Law in 2013. Erin is admitted to practice in North Carolina, Alabama, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Colleen began working at Shapiro & Ingle in 2009 as a paralegal in the closing department, and was later promoted to Closing and REO manager in 2012. In addition to the closing department, Colleen managed the title department and more recently began managing the bankruptcy department in 2013. Colleen oversees all functions of the closing department to ensure the highest level of service is provided to all clients.
Born and raised in New England, Colleen K. Sheridan moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2008 after graduating from the University of New Hampshire where she majored in Political Science and Justice Studies. During her first 6 months in Charlotte, Colleen completed a paralegal certification course through Duke University and continued on to complete the state exam to become a North Carolina Certified Paralegal.
